Join us May 19th–23rd as we celebrate themed spirit days that promote mindfulness, empathy, and community support. Each day is a chance to take care of our mental well-being — together!

Here's what’s happening:
Mindful Monday – Wear your PJs or something comfy and take a moment to center yourself.
Twin Tuesday – You’re not alone—twin with a friend to show unity.
Workout Wednesday – Dress in your favorite exercise gear and get moving!
Thinking Cap Thursday – Wear a hat and reflect on what you’re grateful for.
Feel Good Friday: Greenout Day – Wear green to support mental health awareness.
Let’s reduce stigma, open up conversations, and lift each other up — one day at a time.

Temas del día:
Lunes de Enfoque Positivo – Usa pijama o ropa cómoda y practica el enfoque relajado.
Martes de Gemelos – No estás solo, vístete igual que un amigo.
Miércoles Deportivo – Ponte tu ropa de ejercicio favorita y actívate.
Jueves de Gorro y Reflexión – Usa un sombrero y piensa en lo que agradeces.
Viernes de Bienestar: Día Verde – Viste de verde para apoyar la salud mental.
