Cutler CUBS
Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District is committed to preparing all students to be college, career and community ready. Our commitment starts in preschool. Because we know early education is the key to success, our preschool program is offered to all community members! Programs are conveniently located at each elementary site.
Our CUBS benefit from a 3 hour program, offered in either the morning or the afternoon. As we navigate through the state-adopted curriculum, students develop social-emotional, language, literacy, cognitive, and physical skills. Students are encouraged to explore and create as they learn about the world around them. A nutritious lunch is provided for all students. Additionally, parents are encouraged to attend our monthly education courses catered to meet the needs of families with young children. All children are eligible on their 3rd birthday. Children 2.9 years of age are also eligible if they turn 3 on or before December 1st. All students benefit from attending a language-rich preschool.
